Consistent with Victorian Government and Federal Government policy and legislation, Home Base Services abides by the Australian Privacy Principles in relation to how we handle personal information. Any information you provide through our contact us enquiry form or feedback form will be used for the purpose intended and we will not add your details to our mailing lists without your prior knowledge and consent. If you use the online subscribe function to receive magazines and newsletters, your contact details will be added to our mailing list.


We will store that information securely and confidentially; we will not share your contact details with anyone without your consent, unless required by law. Any website visitor logs that we may keep provide data useful to understand the user experience and guide site upgrades. No attempt will be made to identify specific users or their browsing activity.


From time to time Home Base Services may invite site users to provide information via online forms or surveys. Participation in these is voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether to disclose requested information (such as name and mailing address) and demographic information (such as postcode or job title).

When you enquire about Home Base Services services, we will collect your name, contact details and some information about your support needs and keep it in an electronic file. If you go on to become a client of Home Base Services we will add more information about your health, wellbeing and support needs, and will continue to update this information.


This information helps us deliver the best possible service and provides a record of the services you receive. You can choose not to share some of your information.

We can only release information about you to others if you agree, or if it is required by law, such as in a medical emergency, or if it is required for your treatment or care.
